Homeland Relocation Department

Homeland Realty was the first to establish a full service relocation department and it has developed into the largest relocation center in Idaho. Over 150 transferees bought or sold their homes through Homeland Realty's relocation department in 2001. We help over 300 families a year get settled in the Treasure Valley area either in buying or renting a home. Cendant Mobility, the world's leading relocation company, for the fifth time rewarded Homeland Realty with the "5 Stars Circle of Excellence" trophy for outstanding service provided to their transferring customers.

The high standard of service required by corporations was also applied to over 80 home buyers and sellers in 2001 without corporate relocation programs.
